Job summary

Loyola University New Orleans is seeking a Coordinator of Student Services to assist the Director in managing Honors student records from entrance to graduation. The role coordinates transfer credit articulation, course scheduling, and orientation while supporting academic advising and persistence across Loyola’s Honors programs.

The coordinator collaborates with Admissions, the Registrar, college advisors, and faculty to ensure accurate degree tracking, audits, and graduation processes for CAS,

Qualifications

• Experience handling Honors program student records and graduation requirements.
• Ability to articulate transfer credits, CPL, AP, IB for degree plans.
• Strong coordination with Admissions, Registrar, advisors and departments.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director in implementing administrative tasks for the University Honors Program.
• Code admitted students for Honors and place them in appropriate seminars.
• Coordinate scheduling for Honors core requirements and major requirements.
