Job summary

The California State University in Stanislaus - Turlock is seeking a Temporary hourly-intermittent Student Assistant in the Honors Program. The position supports events, materials, records, and outreach and starts on or after September 1, 2026, ending by May 21, 2026, with possible reappointment based on budget, department needs, and performance.

Undergraduate students must be enrolled in at least six Fall/Spring units and have a Financial Aid award for the current term.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units.
• Must have received and accepted Financial Aid award for the current semester/year in which you are applying.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support for the University Honors Program.
• Assist with preparing materials for Honors events, workshops, orientations, and student activities
• Help with event setup, check-in, cleanup, and other event-related tasks. Create and update flyers, signs, presentations, and other program materials
• Assist with maintaining student records, spreadsheets, and program files
• Support outreach and communication efforts with current and prospective Honors students
• Help organize and maintain the Honors.
• Program office and shared student spaces.
• Make copies, scan documents, assemble packets, and complete basic data entry.
• Assist with inventorying and organizing program supplies and materials. Provide courteous assistance to students, faculty, staff, and visitors.
• Perform other related duties as assigned in support of the University Honors Program.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Salary Range
• $16.90per hour.
