Job summary

Pendry Chicago is seeking an Honor Bar Attendant to restock guest room honor bars, maintain presentation to brand standards, and ensure accurate inventory records. You will work with a team to deliver WOW moments and guest-first service in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Responsibilities

• Check and restock honor bar in guest rooms according to established par levels and inventory procedures.
• Ensure that all items in the honor bar are neatly arranged and presented based on property standards
• Monitor inventory levels of honor bar items and submit replenishment orders as needed to maintain adequate stock.
• Record and accurately track consumption of honor bar items using designated tracking systems or software.
• Ensure no expired items are in guest rooms & record upcoming expirations
• Deliver on guests’ expectations and have the desire to create WOW moments
• Clean-up of all equipment, tools, and supplies and maintain equipment in good working order
• Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside of the normal scope of duties based on business needs
