Job summary

Pendry Chicago is seeking a Barback to support bartenders, maintain cleanliness of bar areas, stock wells, ice bins and glassware, and ensure smooth service in a luxury hotel setting.

You will work as part of a team, assist with drinks service, and help deliver WOW moments for guests while adhering to safety and state-alcohol regulations. The role offers free meals, hotel discounts, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Experience in food & beverage operations is a plus.
• Ability to follow service sequences and assist bartenders.

Responsibilities

• Follow Food & Beverage sequence of service and maintain equipment and glassware.
• Assist bartenders with drinks and service needs.
• Communicate effectively with management and staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Deliver WOW moments and support team in daily operations.
