Join a prestigious hotel known for its luxury service as a member of the in-room honor bar team. In this role, you will facilitate exceptional guest experiences by managing inventory and ensuring the cleanliness of the honor bar. You will utilize technology to track sales and maintain product availability, all while adhering to the highest standards of service. Facilitate positive guest experiences with the in-room honor bar. Inventory honor bar, in-room accessories and promotional materials and replace if required. Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of each honor bar. Utilize software and handheld devices to record sales and take inventory, as appropriate. Maintain awareness of product availability, expiration dates, and inventory levels to prevent stock-outs. Prepare a restocking cart and push it to the floors where rooms are ready for inventory. Respond to guest requests and communicate any issues regarding honor bar operations with hotel management.
Follow all company, safety, and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure a clean and professional appearance, maintain confidentiality, and protect company assets. Greet and acknowledge guests, anticipate and address service needs, and thank guests sincerely. Adhere to quality standards and develop positive working relationships with team members. Communicate professionally, verify information visually, and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, and maneuvering objects up to 25 pounds. Move through various spaces, including narrow or elevated areas, and perform other duties as assigned.
The pay range is $29.16 to $38.88 per hour, with benefits including health care, retirement, paid time off, life insurance, and disability coverage. Benefits are subject to eligibility and other conditions.
