The Role:

As a Field Team Member, you'll be on the front lines, making sure our games run smoothly, players have fun, and everyone leaves with a smile. You'll be a key player in creating an atmosphere where competition meets camaraderie.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee League Play: Work one or more shifts per week (2-4 hours each) to ensure games start/end on time, enforce rules, and maintain a fun atmosphere. Set up and break down equipment as needed.
• Manage Equipment Inventory: Monitor equipment inventory at facilities and promptly notify the manager when replenishment is needed.
• Customer Service: Deliver a fun, fair, and positive experience for all players, and share feedback to help improve the league.
• Be a Brand Ambassador: Represent the ZogSports brand with energy and excitement, getting players pumped about our community.
• Collaborate and Improve: Work closely with field managers to enhance the overall experience for players.

What We're Looking For:

• 18+ years old
• Consistent availability to work one or more weeknights and/or weekend days each week
• Passionate about sports, with solid knowledge of the rules
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Fun, outgoing, and social personality

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Sport-specific knowledge and/or experience competing at the high school or college level
• Referee certification is not required for this position but will be considered when determining the pay rate
• Interest working in, and contributing to, a fun/active work environment
• Resourceful and good at solving problems
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong understanding that timeliness is key to delivering a positive customer experience
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of providing clear league summaries to the manager for issue follow-up
