Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer (Unarmed Patrol) in Honolulu, HI to provide exceptional customer service, deter incidents, and maintain a safe environment for tenants and staff at a commercial property.

You will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and respond to incidents in a calm, professional manner while upholding site policies and procedures. A valid security license and HS diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• As a condition of employment, applicants may need a valid security license where required by state/local laws.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles where applicable.
• Background investigation will be conducted in accordance with laws.
• Allied Universal may consider qualified applicants with criminal histories per law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors per site policies and procedures.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of the property, parking areas, and common areas.
• Monitor access points and report unusual activity or maintenance issues.
• Maintain accurate logs and incident reports for site management.
