Job summary

Equivalency of education and experience is considered. An Associate degree in business/finance is preferred, with 2+ years of customer service and 2+ years of sales experience. Travel for coverage is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business, management, or finance required.
• Minimum 2 years of superior customer service experience.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience preferred.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.
• Experience in financial services and knowledge of products.
• Notary Public preferred (not applicable for Puerto Rico locations).
• Spanish bilingual preferred.
• Experience using AI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver results by meeting or exceeding goals in a member-centric, results-driven environment.
• Display strong interpersonal skills and build relationships with members.
• Demonstrate member service skills and resolve problems independently to promote satisfaction.
• Assist members with loan applications, terms, and disbursement.
• Support branches with weekends or extended hours as needed.
• Maintain proficiency in PenFed systems (Salesforce, PenTeller, Knowledge, Hogan).
• Cross-sell PenFed loan and share products as appropriate.
