Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency with payroll software and HRIS systems; strong Excel skills.
• Understanding of federal, state, and local wage and hour laws.
• Attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and customer service when working with employees and internal teams.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in a payroll role within multi-state or government contracting is a plus.
