Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required per Allied Universal policy.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• State, county, or city-issued security license preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and staff per site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and issues calmly and document activities.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the property and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access and report unusual conditions to management.
• Complete detailed activity reports for supervision.
