Job summary

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff while following site policies.
• Conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols of the property and surrounding areas.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies and document observations.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor, vendor, and delivery procedures.
• Complete shift logs and incident reports with a professional presence.
