Job summary

MANTECH in Honolulu, HI seeks a motivated 3M Program Manager to lead naval maintenance coordination onsite. You will work with Ship’s Maintenance and Material Management teams to manage the 3M program for various naval assets worldwide.

This role requires extensive Navy 3M experience, the ability to review and validate maintenance data, and coordination with multiple shore and shipboard units. Onsite work with security clearance is a must.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of Ship’s 3M coordinator experience.
• 10+ years of Naval ships experience.
• Experience monitoring ship assessments and findings.
• Experience with the SKED program.
• Experience with bulk upload file processing.
• Experience with JTDI/MBPS or RADWEB.
• Experience with PMS feedback reports and ACNs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate 3M program for Naval Surface Force assets worldwide.
• Provide DB support for PMSMIS, MDS, SCLSIS, CDMD-OA, and RADWEB.
• Oversee ICMPs, QA, and maintenance guidance for shipboard/shore PM.
• Review bulk loads for INSURV, SURFMEPP, C5RA, and others.
• Coordinate CNSP 3M Coordinators on ships and shore units.
• Interface with maintenance and logistics databases.
