Job summary

The Honolūlu branch of The Ellgren Agency is seeking an outbound sales representative to join a high-performing team. You will build meaningful client relationships while delivering personalized property and casualty insurance solutions, supported by our full training program and leadership.

Base salary starts at $40,000 with first-year earnings typically between $60,000 and $80,000 and top performers earning up to $120,000.

Qualifications

Active Property and Casualty Insurance License preferred (or willingness to obtain one).
No experience required; our full training program will help you succeed quickly.
Proven ability to build rapport quickly and maintain strong client relationships.
Comfortable with outbound calling and digital client outreach.
Positive attitude, resilience and persistence in a competitive environment.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging sales presentations to showcase product benefits.
Follow up on warm leads provided by the company.
Conduct timely follow-up communication with clients to address inquiries and concerns.
Utilize persuasive techniques to finalize sales transactions.
Set and achieve sales targets within specified timeframes.
