Qualifications

• Current RN license in Hawaii in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Deliver one-on-one patient and family support with dignity and comfort.
• Assess physical, emotional, and spiritual needs throughout care.
• Monitor and document vital signs accurately.
• Administer physician-ordered medications and treatments.
• Educate patients and families on care techniques and symptom management.
• Communicate changes in patient condition promptly.
• Maintain thorough clinical documentation and progress notes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Supervise hospice aides and support staff.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support patient care.
