Bristol Hospice - Hawaii Llc in Honolulu, HI is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide dignified, patient-centered end-of-life care in patients’ homes. This full-time, hourly position offers competitive benefits and opportunities for growth within a compassionate team.

You will assist with personal care, mobility, vital signs, and comfort measures, while documenting changes and communicating with the care team. CPR and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Minimum of 75 hours of CNA training.
• One year of hospice/home health/acute care preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Compassion and professionalism in end-of-life care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
• Support mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises.
• Monitor and document vital signs and report changes.
• Provide comfort care and help prevent skin breakdown.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
• Provide medication reminders in accordance with regulations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment.
• Communicate patient updates promptly to the care team.
• Offer emotional support to patients and families.
• Provide respite support for caregivers.
