Joe Pecheles Automotive is seeking a Service Advisor to support a busy Service Department in New Bern, NC. The ideal candidate has prior automotive experience, strong customer service skills, and thrives in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires engaging directly with customers, managing multiple priorities, and maintaining a team-focused environment. The position offers Monday–Friday hours between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM, with weekends off.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and coordinate with technicians to identify needed maintenance.
• Advise customers on required and recommended services.
• Suggest additional services or repairs to customers.
• Prepare itemized estimates for parts and labor and explain them to customers.
• Schedule appointments and maintain CSI standards.
• Keep work area organized, safe, and compliant with policies.
