• Perform 'Active Deliveries' by reviewing Multi Point Inspections.
• Greet customers and handle cashiering duties.
• Manage loaner vehicle agreement write-ups.
• Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments.
• Maintain filing and perform other administrative tasks.
• Engage in cross-training for full Service Advisor role.
