Job summary

Pecheles Automotive in Washington is seeking a Service Advisor to support our busy Service Department. The ideal candidate has prior automotive experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced service environment.

This role works with the Service Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Our Service Center operates Monday through Friday 7:30AM–6PM, with weekends off.

Qualifications

• Organized, friendly personality.
• Experience managing others is a plus.
• Strong time management and punctuality.
• Excellent communication skills in customer interactions.
• Professional, well-groomed appearance.
• Valid Driver's License with clean record.
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers and technicians to identify required maintenance.
• Advise customers on necessary and recommended services.
• Offer additional services and repairs to customers.
• Compute cost of parts and labor to restore vehicle as described.
• Estimate costs for mechanical or electrical repairs.
• Enter itemized estimates and explain them to customers.
• Schedule customer appointments.
• Maintain CSI at or above company standards.
• Keep work area clean, organized and safe.
• Participate in required training.
• Record all hours accurately in timekeeping system.
• Follow safety rules and company policies.
• Demonstrate company core values.
• Observe all safety regulations.
