Job summary

Bay Ridge Honda is seeking an experienced Honda salesperson with a proven track record who is ready to grow into management. This role goes beyond selling cars and offers a structured path to leadership, mentorship from the General Management team, and exposure to every facet of the dealership, from sales to service.

You’ll stay on the floor while you develop behind the scenes and pursue growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven Honda sales success.
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds or similar CRM/DMS.
• Track record of high CSI, strong customer follow-up, and deal consistency.
• Natural leadership qualities—you bring others up, not just yourself.
• A student of the business, eager to learn fixed ops, desking, team development, and process management.
• Self-motivated and highly coachable with a team-first mentality.

Responsibilities

• Grow into a management role over 12–24 months with a customized plan.
• Receive mentorship directly from General Management.
• Exposure to all dealership areas: sales desk, inventory, finance, service, BDC, and team leadership.
• Lead pilot projects and initiatives with real-time feedback.
• Remain on the floor while leveling up behind the scenes to earn while learning.
