Job summary

First Team Honda in Virginia is seeking motivated Quick Lube Technicians for a two-year Apprenticeship Training and Career Growth program. This full-time role includes paid factory training and opportunities to earn ASE certifications while building a career in the auto service industry.

You will work in a climate-controlled shop, enjoy a competitive pay plan, tool allowance, benefits, and 401k. Candidates should have a high school diploma, up to 2 years of experience, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Able to perform basic automotive maintenance and service repair.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
• ASE Certifications a plus; State Inspector's License a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform basic automotive maintenance and service tasks.
• Diagnose and assist in fixing mechanical and electrical issues under supervision.
• Participate in an apprenticeship training and 2-year career growth program.
