Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ASE Certification/Technical degree preferred.
• One year in a service department.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong automotive knowledge and diagnostic abilities.

• Ability to learn new repair procedures and use electronic diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Test systems and components to ensure security and proper operation.
• Isolate systems or components that caused the problem.
• Drive vehicle for testing and inspect/refill fluids as needed.
• Check tire pressure, clean and lubricate fittings.
• Install new oil drain plug and oil filter; communicate oil levels to teammates.
• Diagnose and repair vehicles with accuracy and efficiency.
• Repair or replace worn parts before failure or damage.
• Use power tools, machine tools, and hand tools to perform tasks.

We are looking for a Quick Lube Technician to join our growing team! The right candidate will have a strong background in automotive and ASE certification or technical degree. The day‑to‑day duties of this role include testing check systems to ensure they are working properly, driving vehicles for test purposes, and accurately diagnosing and repairing vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Test to check systems and components are secure and working properly
• Isolate the systems or components that might have caused the problem
• Drive the vehicle for testing purposes and inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary
• Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation, clean and lubricate fittings as needed
• Install a new oil drain plug and new oil filter and communicate oil levels to teammates
• Maintain efficiency and accuracy in diagnosing as well as repairing vehicles
• Repair or replace worn parts ahead of the vehicle’s breakdown or damage
• Use power tools, machine tools, and common hand tools to perform various tasks

• Deep understanding of automobiles and speedy diagnostic abilities
• Effective analytical and communication skills and eagerness to improve
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
