Job summary

Honda World Louisville is seeking Express Service Lube Technicians Trainees to join our state-of-the-art facility. We offer full-time roles with mentor-led training to oil/filters, rotate tires, and perform multi-point inspections.

You will communicate with service advisors and help provide repair time estimates to customers. Earn up to $21.00 per hour for a 40-hour week, with medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid vacation, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Active and valid driver license with good driving record.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
• Work with a Mentor Training you to Change oil and filter, Rotate and balance tires.
• Complete a Multi-Point inspection. Perform a Walk around video and take pictures of filters ETC.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs

Qualifications

• Must be have a clean criminal background and pass pre-employment drug screen;
• An active and valid driver license and good driving record;
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
• Capability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively;
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing with various levels of internal and external customers;
• Have strong organizational skills and be extremely detail oriented;
