Job summary

Luther Mankato Honda is seeking a Lube Technician to support a growing service department with quick, quality service. Your work helps ensure guest satisfaction and dealership success. We offer competitive hourly pay and incentives for strong performance.

Responsibilities include oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, tire repair/installation, and various fluid services. Training is available for candidates with general mechanical knowledge seeking growth within the team.

• Ensure that all vehicles leave in as good or better condition than they came in.
• Perform other fluid services related to the transmission, rear differential, transfer case, coolant and brake fluid.

Your role as a Lube Technicianis very important to our dealership. Quick, yet quality service, is critical to the long-term success of our service department and overall dealership success. Lube Technician Responsibilities:

• Perform basic maintenance services such as oil changes and tire rotations.

Lube Technician Qualifications:

• Experience is preferred but we are very willing to train an inexperienced candidate who has general mechanical knowledge.
• Strong communication skills are needed with fellow technicians as well as the service advisors.
• Show flexibility in schedule to accommodate a high level of guest satisfaction.
