Job summary

Louisville Honda World is seeking bright, motivated Express Service Lube Technicians Trainee to join our team in Louisville, KY. This is a full-time position with training from a mentor, and you will help change oil and filter, rotate and balance tires, and complete multi-point inspections.

You will communicate with the Service Advisor, provide time estimates for additional repairs, and contribute to a high-volume shop that services hundreds of vehicles daily.

Qualifications

• Must have a clean criminal background and pass pre-employment drug screen.
• An active and valid driver license and good driving record.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Capability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing with various levels of internal and external customers.
• Have strong organizational skills and be extremely detail oriented.
• Be self-motivated and able to accomplish tasks with little supervision.
• Have the ability to work individually and in a team environment.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Must be comfortable sitting, standing and/or walking for long periods of time.
• Professional demeanor.
