You will lead trade partners, supervise on-site teams, enforce safety and code compliance, and collaborate with internal groups to deliver defect-free homes. This role requires strong organization, technical proficiency with Build Pro/Procore, and a track record of coordinating complex residential developments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred, or 3–5 years in home building/construction.
• Experience in residential construction management required.
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy with Build Pro, Procore, and Microsoft Office; able to streamline workflows.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record; valid auto insurance.
• Knowledge of construction practices, building codes, and reading blueprints.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all construction activities from inception to move-in, managing sites, scheduling, and trade partners to meet timelines.
• Lead pre-construction, pre-drywall, and final walkthrough meetings with stakeholders.
• Negotiate solutions with inspectors and trade partners to control costs and improve processes.
• Approve changes, purchase orders, and safety logs; maintain clear documentation.
• Collaborate with sales, customer care, and management to resolve issues promptly.
