• Build Strong Relationships – Foster connections with residents to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Stay Market-Savvy – Track sales, rentals, and industry trends to identify opportunities.
• Ensure Homes are Move-In Ready – Inspect inventory and maintain property aesthetics.
