Job summary

Operation HOPE is seeking a dedicated Financial Wellbeing Coach focused on homeownership to guide clients through FHA loans, down payment assistance, and education programs. You will tailor action plans, help clients understand budgeting, and collaborate with banks and community partners.

The role includes both virtual and in-person workshops, data entry daily in the CRM (Dynamics), and travel within the market area as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, housing, counseling, or related field (or 2+ years of related experience).
• HUD certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions on HUD programs and homeownership options.
• Educate clients on budgeting, debt management, savings strategies, and related topics.
• Build relationships with bank partners and community organizations for referrals.
• Deliver virtual and in-person workshops as requested.
