Job summary

K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC is seeking a service coordination professional to work directly with homeowners, assess service requests, and facilitate timely follow-through with trade partners.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and basic repair skills. Candidates should have 2+ years of related experience, be computer proficient or quick to learn scheduling tools, and possess a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience and/or training required.
• Bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Must be computer proficient or able to learn scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with homeowners to ensure service requests are handled promptly and professionally.
