Job summary

Michael & Son Services is seeking an outbound sales & follow-up representative to contact homeowners with open estimates and close sales for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. You will review quotes, answer questions, address hesitations, and schedule service calls with the dispatch team.

Ideal candidates have strong phone sales experience, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including weekends. Training on ServiceTitan is provided.

Qualifications

• Phone-based sales experience or inside sales background.
• Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to handle objections and guide customers to a decision.

Responsibilities

• Drive follow-up sales by contacting existing clients about open estimates.
• Perform consultative selling to uncover needs and present value of repairs or upgrades.
• Build rapport and act as a trusted advisor to homeowners on service options.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and educate customers on related Michael & Son services.
• Schedule and coordinate with dispatch to finalize service calls.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline in the system.
