Job summary

Stanly Ranch, Auberge Collection, is seeking a Residential Supervisor to deliver an exceptional homeowner experience and oversee daily residential operations within the Auberge Collection community. You will coordinate homeowner needs, ensure high standards of service, and work closely with the Director of Residences and resort departments to maintain seamless operations.

You will manage onboarding, profiles, and billing related to residences, coordinate events, and support HOA administration

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication, professional and hospitable demeanor.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and prioritization.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently with sound judgment.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with homeowners, resort teams, and vendors.
• Experience with hospitality or property management systems (Opera Cloud, Alice, Owner Relations).
• Experience supporting financial operations, including homeowner billing and budgets.
• 2–3 years in luxury hospitality, residential services or similar environments.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day liaison for homeowners, building trusted relationships and providing anticipatory service.
• Manage homeowner journey from pre-arrival to departure, coordinating reservations and special requests.
• Onboard new homeowners, maintain profiles, documentation, and billing information.
• Address homeowner feedback and follow-up with timely updates and resolution.
• Develop and distribute homeowner communications and notifications.
• Coordinate homeowner events with resort departments.
• Support residential operations including arrivals, departures, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Assist with financial and administrative processes and reporting.
