You will coordinate onboarding, maintenance, and resident events, ensuring accurate records and proactive communication across departments.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years in luxury hospitality or property management, strong organization and bilingual abilities, and proficiency with industry tools like Opera Cloud and Alice.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in luxury hospitality or property management.
• Experience supporting homeowner relations and HOA administration.
• Strong ability to manage schedules, billing, and vendor coordination.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; familiarity with Opera Cloud, Alice, Owner Relations.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day‑to‑day liaison for homeowners, building trusted relationships.
• Own the homeowner journey from pre‑arrival planning through departure.
• Coordinate new homeowner onboarding, profiles, and records.
• Address homeowner requests from initial contact through resolution.
• Develop homeowner communications and onboarding newsletters.
• Coordinate homeowner events in partnership with resort teams.
• Maintain accurate homeowner profiles and communication history.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day residential operations with resort departments.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, engineering, security, guest services, and others.
• Oversee inspections, maintenance, and vendor work for residences.
• Support month‑end homeowner billing and HOA administration.
• Maintain records, reports and SOPs; assist with budgets and audits.
