Job summary

BC Stone Homes LLC in Auburn, Alabama, is seeking a Homeowner and Build Communications Coordinator to guide homeowners through the building journey with regular updates and proactive communication.

You will support detailed timelines, answer questions, and coordinate onboarding, walkthroughs, and handoffs from contract signing to keys. Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, customer success, communications, project coordination, or related field.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage timelines and documentation.
• Residential construction or homebuilding experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Buildertrend or similar construction management platform preferred.
• Experience reading residential construction plans and specifications preferred.
• Experience coordinating scheduling, selections, purchasing, or construction operations preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the homeowner’s primary point of contact during construction.
• Provide weekly updates to homeowners, set clear expectations, and address concerns promptly.
• Answer homeowner questions about plans, selections, inspections, and timelines.
• Coordinate onboarding, milestone updates, walkthroughs, and closing handoffs.
• Maintain accurate communication records and ensure messaging consistency across the team.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and improve the homeowner experience.
