Responsibilities

• Works with federal/local agencies and nonprofits to provide social services to homeless and those in crisis.
• Distribute and collect applications and documents for Family Services clientele; ensure timely submission.
• Assist with housing search, placement, and housing inspection upon request.
• Enter data into HMIS and client intake systems.
• Update client database and report information to supervisor.
• Participate in Christmas distribution and Point in Time counts.
• Be a member of the Disaster Response Team and support relief efforts after disasters.
