Attentive Care in the Capital District is hiring a Field Staff Supervisor to support field caregivers, coordinate compliance and scheduling, and assist with pre-billing and insurance authorizations to maintain high-quality client services.

This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM, with a focus on office collaboration, documentation review, and ensuring regulatory compliance while building a positive, team-oriented work environment and ongoing professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (experience with HHAeXchange is a plus).
• Experience with pre-billing and insurance authorizations preferred, though training may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and supporting field staff to ensure quality care and compliance.
• Assisting with compliance coordination and documentation.
• Managing scheduling challenges and ensuring proper coverage.
• Handling pre-billing processes and reviewing timesheets for accuracy.
• Coordinating insurance authorizations and approvals to maintain client services.
• Providing additional administrative and clerical support as needed.
