PurposeCare is seeking a qualified recruiter to build a team that cares for clients across our service area. This remote-friendly role offers on-site options based on business needs.

PurposeCare provides home care and health services to thousands monthly, supported by clinicians, caregivers, and innovative technology. You will manage all phases of recruitment, sourcing, screening, and coordinating offers, while ensuring legal compliance and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
• Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies.
• Assists in posting, advertising, and sourcing processes.
• Screens applicants, schedules interviews, and refers qualified candidates to managers.
• Collaborates with hiring managers on offers, salaries, start dates and related details.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and policies.
