You will supervise staff, manage scheduling, and oversee office functions to support efficient service delivery. The role requires strong leadership, budgeting capabilities, and experience with EMR/EHR systems like Epic or eClinicalWorks.

Qualifications

• Proven supervising experience in a healthcare or medical office environment.
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or eClinicalWorks.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and medical records management.
• Strong budgeting, financial oversight, and resource planning skills.
• Experience in nursing or acute care settings is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to lead a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily home care branch operations, including staffing, scheduling, and service delivery.
• Oversee medical office management functions such as patient records, billing, and documentation using EMR systems like Epic or eClinicalWorks.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and JCAHO standards while maintaining patient confidentiality and safety.
• Manage budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation to optimize branch performance.
• Lead HR activities such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development for nursing and support staff.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers for acute care and utilization management.
• Utilize dental/medical office management systems to streamline workflows and improve patient experience.
