Qualifications

• Two years of progressive billing experience.
• Equivalent relevant experience in data entry and auditing information is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Billing – Prepare requests for payment to homecare vendors and reimbursement promptly.
• Compliance / Balance Management – Update, analyze, and reconcile financial data to meet grant requirements and balance vendor invoices.
• Training and Support - Support agency operations by completing required trainings and covering billing staff as needed.
• Audit - Prepare, verify and balance homecare service logs for audits as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned by management, including non-homecare processes if needed.
