Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit invoices and claims for home care services.
• Verify caregiver hours, service authorizations, reimbursement rates, and docs.
• Review EVV records to ensure billing accuracy.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies and denied claims.
• Monitor accounts receivable and collections with timely follow-up.
• Assist with payment posting and account reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with payer requirements and regulations.
