Responsibilities

• Billing: prepare payment requests to homecare vendors and process services via Intaact and Diamond software.
• Balance management: analyze and reconcile data for compliance and vendor invoicing.
• Training and support: assist with trainings and cover billing staff as needed.
• Audit: prepare and balance homecare service logs for audits.
• Other duties as assigned.
