Job summary

Clayton Retail in Pueblo, CO is seeking a Sales Processor to deliver best-in-class service to home buyers, guiding them through the purchase while coordinating approvals, settlement, and closing.

You will support sales professionals, gather documents, prepare loan estimates and closing details, and ensure accuracy, transparency and a positive customer experience throughout the process. Compensation is $24.00–$30.00 hourly with robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to educate and set expectations for customers.
• High urgency with careful attention to detail and accuracy.
• Self-motivated, capable of handling multiple projects.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Establish ongoing relationships with customers and deliver excellent service.
• Assist and educate customers through the home buying process.
• Coordinate communication between all parties for approvals, settlement, and closing.
• Educate customers on loan information and document requirements for accuracy at closing.
• Prepare closing package details and keep files up to date.
• Support sales professionals and gather information for applications.
• Ensure transparency and timely updates to the sales team.
• Maintain integrity and compliance with applicable regulations.
