Job summary

DR. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative to manage the sales process and provide excellent customer service. The role requires sourcing new customers, helping buyers design their home, and ensuring a smooth sales flow.

Responsibilities include communicating value, overcoming objections, networking with realtors, and maintaining accurate transaction records from sale to construction. A vehicle and valid license are required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or 2 years related experience.
• Must have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to use DRH Sales applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours; kneel/bend as needed.
• Regular exposure to outside weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Communicate DR Horton’s value proposition to potential customers.
• Uncover goals and establish DR Horton as best solution.
• Overcome objections and close the sale.
• Maintain transaction documentation from sale to construction.
• Continually source new sales opportunities.
• Provide management with a marketing plan for new relationships.
• Network and outreach to realtors.
• Manage time to meet sales goals with the team.
• Maintain and expand the customer prospect database.
• Attend sales meetings.
• Build rapport with customers, realtors and team.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards.
