D.R. Horton is seeking a Sales Representative for Manning to drive the sales process and deliver excellent customer service. You will source new customers, help buyers design their dream home, and ensure a smooth transaction from start to finish.

You will build relationships with customers and realtors, manage time and stay motivated to achieve sales goals, while adhering to company standards and policies.

Competenze

• Associate’s Degree or 2 years related experience.
• Must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license, and be able to drive in daytime or nighttime.
• Ability to utilize DRH Sales applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral form or via DRH Sales applications.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Ability to stand and walk for 4 hours straight or up to a full 8-hour day; sit for extended periods; kneel and bend at the waist; walk up and down stairs; walk on unlevel terrain; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
• Regular exposure to outside weather conditions.
• The noise level is generally moderate.

• Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company.
