Job summary

D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative in Hammond. You will manage the sales cycle from lead to close, assist buyers in selecting homes, and coordinate with lenders and construction teams to ensure a smooth experience.

The role requires driving to meet clients, maintaining CRM data, and collaborating with a growing, Fortune 500 company known for its America’s Builder tagline.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or 2 years related experience.
• Must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license, and be able to drive day or night.
• Ability to utilize DRH Sales applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate DR Horton’s value proposition to potential customers.
• Uncover customer goals and establish DR Horton as the best solution.
• Overcome objections and close the sale.
• Maintain documentation of sale through loan, options, and construction.
• Source new sales opportunities and network with realtors.
• Engage in outreach to realtors and manage the sales process end-to-end.
• Attend sales meetings and build rapport with customers, realtors, and team.
