D.R. Horton is seeking a Sales Representative to manage the sales process and deliver excellent customer service. You will source new customers, help buyers design their home, and ensure a smooth sales process.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or 2 years related experience.
• Must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license, and be able to drive day or night.
• Ability to use DRH Sales applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop.
• Proficiency with MS Office and e‑mail.

Responsibilities

• Communicate DR Horton’s value proposition to potential customers.
• Understand customer goals and establish DR Horton as best solution.
• Overcome objections and close sales.
• Maintain documentation from sale through loan and construction.
• Source new sales opportunities and develop a marketing plan.
