Job summary

Sekisui House U.S., Inc. seeks an enthusiastic entry-level professional to join our community sales operations team in the Houston North area. You will greet visitors, assist with tours, manage CRM data, and support model homes and marketing materials while learning our homebuilding sales process.

Under supervision, you’ll gain exposure to sales operations, customer interactions, and administrative tasks, contributing to a positive buyer experience and professional environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Up to 1 year of relevant professional experience.
• Basic familiarity with customer service or administrative work.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, or administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and assist with initial customer interactions.
• Support Community Sales Consultants and tours.
• Maintain CRM and tracking data.
• Prepare and maintain model homes and marketing materials.
• Support onsite events and promotional initiatives.
• Assist with contract preparation, paperwork, and reporting.
• Monitor inventory of sales materials.
• Participate in training to build product knowledge.
• Facilitate communication between customers and sales team.
• Follow up with prospects under guidance.
• Learn local market and pricing.
• Participate in sales simulations.
• Learn mortgage process with the mortgage team.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
