Job summary

Betenbough Homes in Northwest Lubbock is seeking a New Home Associate to guide families through the homebuying journey and support the sales process from first visit to close. You will partner with the New Home Sales Specialist to convert prospects, handle appointments, manage CRM updates, and assist with follow-up and post-agreement details.

The role emphasizes building strong relationships with Realtors, promoting available homes, and representing Betenbough Homes in the community.

Qualifications

• Provide strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and CRM updates.

Responsibilities

• Partner with New Home Sales Specialist to support full sales process.
• Maintain accurate and timely CRM communication.
• Provide post-agreement support with timely updates and next steps.
• Build relationships with Realtors; inform updates, inventory, and incentives.
• Create and share social media content to promote Betenbough Homes and its values.
• Participate in team trainings, coaching resources, and role-play sessions to grow sales knowledge.
• Support quarterly sales events—realtor events, homebuyer events, open houses.
• Represent Betenbough Homes in the community and pursue ongoing customer experience improvements.
