The role involves presenting DR Horton value, collaborating with realtors, meeting sales goals, maintaining records through loan and construction phases, and building relationships to grow the business.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or 2 years related experience.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to use DRH Sales applications on phone, tablet, or laptop.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours; lift up to 25 pounds.
• Regular exposure to outside weather; moderate noise.

Responsibilities

• Communicate DR Horton’s value proposition to potential customers.
• Uncover customer goals and establish DR Horton as the best solution.
• Overcome objections and close the sale.
• Maintain documentation of transaction from sale through loan, options, and construction.
• continually source new sales opportunities.
• Develop and provide to management a marketing plan for establishing new relationships.
• Network and perform outreach to realtors.
• Meet sales goals and work with the team.
• Maintain database of prospects.
• Attend sales meetings.
• Develop rapport with customers, realtors, and team members.
• Execute policies to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct business professionally to increase goodwill and profit.
