Job summary

D.R. Horton, the nation's largest homebuilder, seeks a Sales Representative to drive the sales process and deliver exceptional customer service. You will source new customers, help buyers design their dream home, and guide them through the sales journey.

Responsibilities include communicating DR Horton values, overcoming objections, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with realtors and team members to achieve sales goals. A valid license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2 years related experience.
• Must have a vehicle, valid driver's license, and be able to drive day or night.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email; ability to use DRH Sales applications.
• Prior CRM software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate DR Horton's value proposition, product vision and capabilities to potential customers.
• Uncover customer goals and challenges; position DR Horton as the best solution.
• Overcome objections and close the sale.
• Maintain documentation from sale through loan, options, and construction.
• Continually source new sales opportunities.
• Create and provide to management a marketing plan for new customer relationships.
• Network and perform outreach to realtors.
• Manage time efficiently; meet sales goals and collaborate with team.
• Maintain and expand database of prospects.
• Attend sales meetings.
• Develop and maintain rapport with customers, realtors, and team members.
• Execute policies to ensure quality standards.
• Conduct business professionally to increase goodwill and profit.
