Job summary

Regions is seeking a Real Estate Banking Analyst to join the client coverage/origination team in Atlanta. You will provide analytical support for live deals and pitches across product lines, and assist in cultivating client relationships.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality client deliverables with attention to detail. Eligible for discretionary incentive plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field with proven record of high achievement.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains detailed financial models to value companies and depict projected financials.
• Conducts extensive financial and industry due diligence to evaluate risk/return parameters of a transaction.
• Ensures high quality of client deliverables by strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prepares written material, including pitches, proposals, client materials and analyses.
• Maintains proprietary databases through monitoring news and transactions for clients and prospects.
• Understands client needs and identifies Regions products or services to help clients achieve goals.
• Provides expert service with urgency coordinating between coverage bankers and Debt Product partners.
• Supports relationship managers with call planning, pipeline management, and reporting across sales applications.
• Works in multiple roles and projects, independently and as part of a team.
