Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking a Diversified and Specialized Industries Analyst to support senior coverage bankers in origination, underwriting, execution, and portfolio management of corporate banking products. You’ll split time between pitches, live deal underwriting, and research, with exposure to executive-level discussions.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 1 year of related experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint/Word skills, and excellent writing and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with proven record of high achievement.
• Coursework in financial accounting and corporate finance.

Responsibilities

• Supports senior bankers by conducting research and staying abreast of client and industry trends.
• Prepares written material, including pitches, proposals, and client materials for meetings.
• Participates in client meetings, due diligence visits, and other client interactions.
• Drafts underwriting materials for the credit approval process including compliance memos and analyses.
• Conducts portfolio monitoring and maintains client databases for prospects and industry participants.
• Deepens understanding of client needs and identifies Regions’ products or services.
